Mrs. August Hoffman Passed Away Tuesday

Mrs. August Hoffman, 75, passed away at her home eight miles north of Glenwood on Tuesday. She is survived by her husband and one son, Kanute Anderson of Hemingsford, Neb., three step-children, John Hoffman and Mrs. Jim Walker of Council Bluffs and Edward Hoffman of Glenwood.

Services were held this Thursday afternoon at the home at 3 o'clock followed by services at St. John's Lutheran church at Mineola at 3:30. Rev. O.C. Biermann officiating with the Raynor funeral home of Glenwood in charge.

Mrs. Hoffman Laid to Rest in Mineola Cemetery

In the account of the funeral service of Mrs. August Hoffman whose body was laid to rest in the Mineola cemetery there was a regrettable omission made of the name of her son Knute Anderson of Holdrege, Nebraska, who was here in attendance at the funeral service.
