Services Sunday For Mrs. Dietchler

Mrs. William Dietchler of Council Bluffs, Passes Away Thurday. Funeral Services Held in Mineola Lutheran Church.

Alrena Hoeck Deitchler, 44, daughter of Fred and Doris Hoeck, and wife of William Deitchler, was born on a farm east of Mineola on January 31, 1897. She spent nearly all her life in Mills county except the past three years during which time she made her home in Council Bluffs.

Her last illness was of short duration and she passed away in the Mercy hospital in Council Bluffs on Thursday, August 7.

She is survived by her husband, William, her children Leonard 23, Lois 17, Willard 13, four brothers, Henry, Louis, Charley and Fred Hoeck, and one sister, Amanda.

Short funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock in Raynor's chapel in Glenwood and at the Mineola Lutheran church at 2 o'clock. The services were conducted by Rev. O.C. Biermann. Music for the service was furnished by Juanita Queen, Mrs. Joe Kahl, Mrs. Wilbert Kruse with Mrs. Ezra Speck at the organ. Those who had charge of the floral offerings were Mary Jane Dietchler, Lucille Niemoller, Marjorie Kahl and Elda Kahl. Pallbearers were Harry Dietchler, Joe Kahl, Randall Rinehardt, Wilbert Kahl, Edgar Deitchler and Carl Deitchler.

The body was laid to rest in the Mineola cemetery.
