Brother of Mrs. Colbert Died in Omaha Sunday

Alva J. Hiatt, 62, of Omaha, passed away in that city Sunday afternoon following an illness of short duration. Mr. Hiatt is a brother of Mrs. Charles Colbert. He was an interior decorator and had just finished the interior decorating of Colbert's new home on 275 north of Glenwood a few weeks ago.

He is survived by one daughter Mrs. Marguerite Howland who resides in Los Angeles, California.

The body was removed to the Myers-James Funeral Home in Glenwood where funeral services will be held at 2:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. C.B. Hilton, pastor of the Glenwood Baptist church in charge. The body will be laid to rest in the Glenwood cemetery.
