January 23, 1941Funeral Services Today For Mrs. Chambers
Mrs. J.L. Chambers, 57, passed away Tuesday morning at the Jennie Edmundson hospital in Council Bluffs where she had been taken the week previous after having sustained a fracture of both wrists and nose when she fell on the stairs leading to the basement in the home of her daughter near Hillsdale. The shock and other complications rendered the accident fatal.
The body was brought to the Myers-James Funeral Home in Glenwood and funeral services were held in the Glenwood Christian church this Thursday afternoon with burial in the Glenwood cemetery.
