Mrs. Marlow D. Smith, sister of J.C. Bussanmas of this city, passed away in the Denison hospital Monday following an illness of over a year’s duration. Mr. and Mrs. Smith were former Glenwood residents, he having been associated at one time with Mr. Bussanmas in the operation of the lumber yard here. The family now resides at Buck Grove.

Funeral services were held this Thursday morning at the catholic church in Denison and the body was laid to rest in the catholic cemetery in Council Bluffs.
