Sharon Mae Lundvall, 56, of Glenwood died April 8, 2005, at her home. A funeral service was held April 12 at Glenwood Cemetery. Pastor Steve Frazee officiated. Peterson Mortuary handled the arrangements.

Mrs. Lundvall was born Sept. 22, 1948, to Harold Eugene and Floma Irene (Hardisty) Moore in Creston. She was employed for 21 years at the Glenwood Resource Center as a resident treatment worker and certified medic aide until her health no longer permitted. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s school programs and sporting events and even was able to attend her youngest grandson’s wrestling and soccer events in spite of her failing health. Playing games with her grandchildren was always fun for all that participated. She always enjoyed a good catch of Steve’s blue gills, going to the casino, playing bingo and “31.” Her family was definitely her pride and joy.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, and grandson Andrew Lundvall. She is survived by her children: Debra Wilson of Coundil Bluffs, Shelia and husband Frank Launroth of Glenwood, Steven Lundvall of Omaha; three grandchildren: Jennifer Morgan, Elizabeth Lundvall and Alex Lauenroth; brothers and sisters: Connie Marrs of San Antonio, Texas, Marlene “Marty” Parham of Council Bluffs, Wayne Moore of Seattle, Paul Moore of West Virginia, Jim Moore of Glenwood; and several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Peterson Mortuary handles the arrangements.
