February 23, 2005Donald Mark Mayberry, 47, of Glenwood, died Feb. 13, 2005, in Omaha, Neb. Funeral services were held Feb. 17 at the Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood. Rev. Steve Frazee officiated the services. Burial was at the Glenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Mayberry was the son of Ralph Donald and Charlene JoAnn (Roberts) Mayberry, born Sept. 2, 1957, in Council Bluffs. He was raised in Glenwood and graduated from Glenwood High School with the class of 1976.
He was baptized in the First Christian Church and was a member of the Eagles and A.B.C. Bowling Association. He was employed with Anderson Auto Parts for over 20 years.
Mr. Mayberry was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents and daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by children Andrea Mayberry of Randolph, Cody Mayberry, Brandon Mayberry, Justine Mayberry and David Mayberry, all of Malvern; father Ralph Donald Mayberry of Glenwood; brother Jim Ratliff of Omaha, Neb.; sisters Kathy Archer of Papillion, Neb., and Susan Mayberry of Glenwood; nieces and nephews Aaron Ratliff, Terri Poe, Shawn Ratliff, Brittney Ratliff, Aimee Durr, Brian Hamilton, Alex Mayberry, Geoff Bacon, Joe Bacon, Sheri Archer, Denise Torres, Taylor Durr, Melanie Durr, Kelsie Poe, Mason Poe and Bailey Poe; special companion Lynda and daughters Elsbeth and Jessica of Glenwood; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Mark Mayberry Children’s Trust Fund c/o The Glenwood State Bank in Glenwood. Peterson Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
