October 16, 1902

Mrs. Sophia Saar died yesterday, after a brief sickness, at the home of her son Ed Saar, 6 miles north of Glenwood. The funeral will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 10 o’clock from the house. She was about 77 years of age, an old resident of this section, and further mention of her life will be given in the Tribune next week.
