First Iowa Child Dies, Burlington, IA., March 15th.

B. B. Seamans, who was supposed to be the first white person in what is now the state of Iowa, died at Rosendale, Mo., last night, where he had gone for his health. He was born at Burlington, July 14, 1830, and had regarded this place as his home ever since.
