DIED-Monday evening at 7 o'clock at his home, Mr. George Gwathmey after a brief illness of twenty four hours. Mr. Gwathmey has been a resident of Glenwood for over twenty years For many years he was engaged as druggist by M. U. McCluskey, and the past few years, has been engaged in the drug business on, his own account. The style of the firm being Gwathmey & Cannon.

He leaves a wife, two daughters and a son to mourn their loss. One daughter at home; his oldest daughter, Mrs. A. Cannon lives in Omaha and his son is in Siberia. The funeral services, were held Tuesday Afternoon conducted by the Masonic order, Of which he was a member. Rev. T. L. Stephens preaching the funeral service. The family has the sympathy of their many friends in this sad hour.
