Mrs. S. T. Brothers

Passes away at her home in Malvern, after a lingering illness. Again are we called upon to chronicle the death of an honored resident of Malvern. Mrs. S. T. Brothers,who was one of the first settlers of Malvern, and one of the pioneers of Mills county, died early Tuesday Morning, April 9. She had been sick for quite a long time and yet her life had not been despaired of, so her death was really unexpected to her large circle of friends. The funeral occurs this afternoon at 2:30 at the residence and is conducted by Rev. Watson. The community sympathizes with the sorrowing family. An obituary will appear next week.
