DIED - - In Glenwood Tuesday morning Wm. D. Campbell, aged 82 years and one month.

The funeral will be conducted at the residence of his sister and brother-in-law N.S. Piatt and wife, South Locust street Friday morning at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. Wm. Stevenson of Methodist church.

Deceased was born in Ohio Sept. 22nd 1831. He grew to manhood there and served in Co. G 4th Ohio Inft. three years during the rebellion. Five brothers were likewise soldiers in Ohio regiments, one of whom Charles Campbell who is buried in our cemetery here. His widow, Nancy Campbell, still lives here.

One brother P.H. Campbell is living and he arrived last night from Alton Kansas, bringing a daughter with him. One son, Jacob lives in Waubonsie neighborhood in this county. One son lives in Indiana and one in Ohio and two daughters live in Ohio. His wife was buried some years ago in Indiana.
