GLENWOOD OPINION TRIBUNE

Claude Davis died on July 30 (1976) in Glenwood at the age of 89. He was born in Elgin, Neb. in 1896.

Funeral services for Mr. Davis were held on Aug. 2 at Peterson Mortuary with the Rev. Charles Cowell, Jr. officiating. Burial was held in the Glenwood Cemetery.

Casket bearers were: John Dean, Berwyn Hamilton, D. D. Davis, Dennis Collins, Hugh LaRue and Forrest Mayberty. Organist was Mrs. Dean Dusenberry.

Surviving are two sons, Laurence Davis, Sedro Woolley, Wash., and Stanley Davis of Des Moines; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
