CHARLIE T. HUBBELL

Charlie Thomas Hubbell, son of Garrett and Elizabeth Hubbell, was born Nov. 2, 1874, in Hamilton county, Neb., and died at his home in Glenwood April 18 at the age of 90 years, five months and 16 days. He was one of a family of 12 children.

In 1896 he was united in marriage to Mary Ann Jackson. To this union three children were born, two of whom died in infancy.

Mr. and Mrs. Hubbell resided on a farm in this community for several years, then moved to Glenwood in 1941. Mrs. Hubbell preceded him in death in 1961.

He is survived by his daughter, Gertrude Lee, his granddaughter, Florene Plumb and a great-grandson, Donnie.

Services were held April 21 at Raynor-Hamilton Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Marvin K. Moberly officiating. Music was by Mrs. Phillip Lenz and Neil McPherron.

Flower ladies were Mrs. Dan Allen, Mrs. Orville Tackett, Mrs. Clair Dashner and Mrs. Ross Stouder.
Pallbearers were Dan Allen, Bert Colwell, Ross Stouder, Clair Dashner, Alfred Johnson and L.E. Chrisinger. Burial was in Glenwood cemetery.
