OPINION TRIBUNE
DATED WED. APRIL 9, 1986:

Services were Tuesday at the First Christian Church for Florence E. Rager, 79, who died April 5 at her Glenwood residence following an extended illness. The Rev. Evan Williams, pastor, officiated, with burial at Glenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church.

She and her husband, Gerald Rager, Sr., owned and operated the Rager Laundry in Glenwood, a longtime family business which they sold in 1975.

Born in Glenwood, she lived here most of her life, except for an 18 year period in Council Bluffs shortly after her marriage 59 years ago. She was a member of the First Christian Church, bridge clubs, bowling leagues and church clubs.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Gerald Rager, Jr., Omaha; sister, Mrs. Marvin (Marguerite) Koehrsen, Council Bluffs; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Casket bearers were Shirley Lincoln, Wayne Fasnacht, Tom Nutting, Darrell Hopp, Ralph Tackett and Ernest McClurkin.
