Mrs. Sally Rice died Friday at St. Bernard's hospital in Council Bluffs. She was taken there about 9 months ago, her mind having become affected. She had resided in Malvern much of the time since 1880. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at the Malvern Christian church. She leaves one son A. M. White living four miles north of Glenwood. She was born March 12, 1819 at Cincinnati.
