GLENWOOD OPINION TRIBUNE
DATED JANUARY 25, 1907:

Mrs. A. A. Smith died at 6 'clock Thursday morning at her home in Glenwood after a lingering illness from cancer. The funeral will be held Sunday. She is survived by a husband and 12 children. Two of the sons, Eddie and Bert, are well-known about Glenwood. They with a younger sister have been caring for their mother.
