Services Held Sunday for Mattie Bailor

Funeral services for Miss Mattie Bailor were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Reeves funeral home in Tabor, with the Elder J. M. Zook of the Faith Home in charge. Burial was made in the Waubonsie cemetery northwest of Tabor.

Miss Bailor 61, died Thursday night at the home of her sister, Miss Eva Bailor, after and illness of about three years. The daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Stephen Bailor, she was born on a farm northwest of Tabor and spent much of her life there. She was a graduate of Tabor high school and after completing her formal education devoted her life to teaching which profession she followed for more than 30 years.

Surviving are 10 brothers and sisters, Edward Bailor and Mrs. Lucy Harold, Logan; Lewis Bailor, Bartlett; George Bailor, Thurman; Mrs. Charles Mason, Ann Arbor, Michigan; Harry Bailor, Roy Bailor, and Mrs Harve Tackett, northwest of Tabor; Mrs. Pearl Hostetter, Murray, Nebraska; and Miss Eva Bailor, Tabor.
