dated May 31, 1917:

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hunter are called to mourn the death of their little three-months-old daughter. The little one was aflicted with pneumonia. It was an unusually bright child. The funeral took place from the home, south of Pacific Junction yesterday. Burial at Martin Chapel cemetery.

Note:Effie was born 03-20-1917 and died 05-29-1917

A twin was born on March 20, 1917 along with Effie. The twin died at birth of "premature birth".
