From the Opinion Tribune dated 10-22-1975:

Funeral services were held for former Glenwood resident Mrs. Robert Boyce Oct. 20 at Moore Mortuary in Denver, Colo.

Mrs. Boyce died Oct. 15, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Denver at the age of 74. Burial was in Fort Logan Cemetery.

Mrs. Boyce, the former Pauline Sawyers, was born in Glenwood in 1901 and lived here for several years. She graduated from Glenwood High in 1919.

While living in Glenwood, Mrs. Boyce was a member of the Eastern Star and the D.A.R.

She married Robert Boyce in 1922. They had two sons. One son, Robert, preceded her in death. Son Keith lives in Hawthorn, Utah.

Also surviving are her husband, two brothers, Warren Sawyers, Glenwood, and Wendell Sawyers, Denver; 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
