Donald Lee Roker, 49, of Council Bluffs, formerly of Claytonia, Neb. and Glenwood, died April 6, 2006, in Glenwood. Memorial services were held on April 10, 2006 at Peterson Mortuary in Glenwood. Chris Pierson officiated the service. Burial was in the Martin Chapel Cemetery in Pacific Junction.

Mr. Roker was born May 11, 1956 in Beatrice, Neb. to Myron and Viola (Menninga) Roker. He was raised in Claytonia, moving to Glenwood in 1971 and graduating from Glenwood High School in 1974. He had two daughters, Melody and Heidi with Wanda (Parker) Seitz.

He was a dedicated and hardworking employee as a fuel tech foreman for 16 years and was currently an I & E apprentice tech with MidAmerican Energy. He loved going on cruises and spending time with his family and friends. He especially loved being with his grandchildren. He enjoyed motorcycles, corvettes and purchasing homes to refurbish and sell.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his parents Myron and Viola Roker of Glenwood; his daughters, Melody and husband Chris Spencer of Ralston; Heidi and husband Zach Ahrens of Woodbine; two grandchildren; siblings, Bill and Pam Roker of Nebraska City, Neb.; Bob Roker of Little Rock, Ark.; Marlene and Larry Turner of Pacific Junction; Dennis and Teena Roker of Glenwood; Shari and Bob Brown of Glenwood; Kelly Roker of Glenwood; several nieces; nephews and a host of friends.
