Will of Mary Lawson

I, Mary Lawson, of Tabor, Freemont (sic) County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, free to act and of lawful age, do hereby make, publish and declare this last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say:

I--After the payment of any just debts and funeral expenses I hereby give and devise and bequeath unto Mrs. Ruby Clune and Mrs. Sadie Bromley, both of Glenwood, Iowa, and Mrs. Lily E. Walling of Tabor, Iowa, and Mr. John Davis of Norwich, Iowa, to share equally in the remainder of all money deposited in the Lamb Bank of Glenwood, Iowa, and unto Mrs. Dotie McKinley and Mrs. Lizzie Shannon, of Dromerwest, County Sligo, Ireland, and James Lawson of Ballymote, County Sligo, Ireland to share equally of all the money on deposit at the Sligo Bank, Ireland, both that now is in being and that I may subsequently acquire, and of which I may die seized to have and to be held unto the above named heirs and assigns forever.

II--I hereby nominate and appoint A. B. Walling of Tabor, Iowa, as executor of this, my last Will and Testament.

Given as my last Will and Testament at Tabor in Freemont (sic) County, the State of Iowa, this 3rd day of April, A.D. 1914.

Attestation of Will

The above and foregoing instrument, consisting of one sheet, was on the date thereof, signed by Mary Lawson, the testator, in our presence, and declared to be her last Will and Testament, and we at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, hereby subscribe the same as attesting witnesses thereto. Dated this the third day of April, A.D. 1914.
