WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, Lillian Raines and Frank Raines, Wife and Husband, of Mills County, Iowa, and Lela Price and Walter Price, Wife and Husband, of Northampton County, and State of Pennsylvania, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and the cancellation of mortgaged indebtedness now of record, do hereby SELL and CONVEY unto T.M. Brazelton of Mills County, and State of Iowa, the following described premises situated in Mills County and State of Iowa, to-wit:

Lots Number Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), all in Block One (1), in the Town of Strahan, Iowa, according to the recorded plat of said town. Also

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW ¼ SW ¼) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Seventy-one (71), North Range Forty-one (41), West of the 5th P.M., particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said forty-acre tract and running thence South 8 87/100 chains, thence West four chains, thence South 2 50/100 chains to the North line of the Town of Strahan, thence West on said Town line 11 20/100 chains to the East limit of the right-of-way of the Council Bluffs and St. Louis Railroad, thence North on said line of right-of-way 11 37/100 chains to the North line of said forty-acre tract, thence East 15 66/100 chains to the place of beginning, containing 16 77/100 acres, more or less.

That the Grantors, Lillian Raines and Lela Price, are the sole and only heirs-at-law of Leroy Bixon, now deceased.

And we do hereby covenant to WARRANT and DEFEND the title to the said premises to the said T.M. Brazeltson against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.

On this 4th day of November, A.D., 1936, before me N.S. Genung, a Notary Public, personally came Lillian Raines and Frank Raines, Wife and Husband, to me personally known to be the persons whose names are affixed to the above deed as grantors acknowledged the execution of the same to be their voluntary act and deed.
