TRUST FUND RECEIPT

Malvern Cemetery Association

No. 188 Malvern, Iowa
August 20, 1951

The Malvern Cemetery Association, a duly organized corporation under the laws of the State of Iowa governing such associations, hereby acknowledge the receipt of Sixty and no/100 Dollars from J.A. Hamaker to be placed to the credit of the Trust Fund of said cemetery, the interest only of which can be used for the expense of mowing, seeding and keeping in proper condition the Cemetery grounds. The above sum is given for the perpetual and especial care of Lot 499 Fairview Section according to the recorded plat of the Cemetery grounds.

Whereas, we the undersigned Trustes of the Malvern Cemetery Association bind ourselves and our successors to the fulfillment of this contract.
