WARRANTRY DEED Printed at THE LEADER office, Malvern, Iowa.

MALVERN CEMETERY

For the consideration of the sum of Twelve DOLLARS the Trustees of the MALVERN CEMETERY hereby convey to J.O. Hamaker the following Lot in said Cemetery: As the same is designated on the recorded plat thereof in Book No. 9, at page 336, of the proper records in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Mills County, Iowa, vix: Lot 499 Four Hundred Ninety nine
And covenant that said Cemetery Association will warrant the title against all legal claims whatsoever.
In Testimony Wherof We have hereunto set our hands, this Tenth day of July 1897

Before me, a Notary Public in and for said County, on this 10th day of July A.D. 1897, appeared S.W. Summers and W.F. Raines and personally known to me to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the foregoing Deed as grantors, and acknowledged the said instrument to be their voluntary act and deed.
