Glenwood- Feb. 5, 1909

The executors of the Anderson estate, in reply to the garnishment proceeding in the District Court of Maggie Skillicorn vs. W.H. Anderson state that they have in their possession money belonging to the latter to the sum of $220 only and not enough to satisfy the plaintiffs claim of $2000. The answer further states that on Nov. 6, 1896, young Anderson assigned his interest in his fathers estate to one Howell's of Omaha. On Friday a judgement on a note for a small amount was granted him and in favor Wm. M. Donelan.
