A Tribune reader at Tabor sends us an account of the marriage there last Wednesday of Prof. V.E. Cross and Miss M.F. Kellogg, both of Omaha. The ceremony was performed by Justice of the Peace James Long. As it was the latters first wedding he was considerably embarrassed.Following the ceremony the couple, accompanied by the bride's mother and a friend of the groom John Bell, went to the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Hunter where the wedding dinner was served and where they remained till the next day. They will be at home at 2410 Grant street in Omaha after June 12.
Speaking of the couple our correspondent says: "Prof. Cross is a bandmaster, musical director and music author. He is an artist at his profession as was shown by his playing at the Hunter home. Miss Kellogg is one of Omaha's leading society ladies.
