WILL OF M. F. COPPAGE ---- deceased #937

I, M. F. Coppage of the town of Emerson in the County of Mills, State of Iowa being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills, bequest and devises by me made.

1st I bequeath to my son's wife, Helen M. Coppage, Two hundred dollars.

2nd I bequeath to my son Alexander W. Coppage, all of the rest of my personal property, and my land in Butler County Nebraska. More particularly described as the North East quarter of Section Twenty-Two Township Thirteen, Range three East of Sixth Principal Meridian, and I hereby appooint my son Alexander W. Coppage my executor without bond.

Witness my hand this 30th day of January 1896.

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said M. F. Coppage as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.

The words of my son Alexander W. Coppage my executor without bond as being interwith before signing by the said testator.
