Will of Thomas Grosse Deceased

Tabor Iowa Sept. 10th 1889
I Thomas Grosse as my last Will and Testament hereby will and bequeath unto my wife Catherine Grosse all of my property and interests therein both real and personal to have and to hold as her own and to make such disposition thereof as she may see fit and to make such disposition thereof as she may see fit and I hereby appoint my wife Catherine executioner of this last will and testament without bond, and direct that the appointment and sale of property as provided for by law be dispensed with.
Whereunto I set my hand this tenth day of Sept. 1889

We William Grosse and William C. Wright herby witness that we saw the testator Thomas Grosse set his hand and by his mark the forgoing instrument as his last will and testament and in our presence and we sign the same as witnesses in his presence and in the presence of each other.
