Glenwood Opinion
July 9, 1881Married June 30th, at the residence of Hon. R.C. Bosbyshell, in Glenwood, James T. Armstrong, M.D., of Silver City, and Miss M. Mande Archibald, County Superintendent of Mills County, Rev. A. Rogers, assisted by Rev. J.B. Sharp, officiating.
The union above mentioned is a rare one. The fair bride is our present most efficient County Superintendent of Schools; the groom, though comparatively young, standing very high in the ranks of his profession. It is one of those rare combinations of intellect which when committed together by true love makes wedded life one continual, blissful honeymoon until they pass into the shadows beyond. We do most sincerely congratulate our friends and wish them all there is sweet in life unmixed with bitterness or sorrow.
