June 18, 1881Married at the residence of the bride’s parents in this city, Thursday evening, June 16th, Mr. Edwin C. Cass, of Harvard, Neb., and Miss Althea F. Robinson, daughter of D. Robinson, Esq., Rev. F. Parsons, officiating.
The groom is well known in this city having been one of our business men for several years, and is now doing a flourishing and profitable business at his new home. So also the bride is known and esteemed among a large circle of acquaintances. We are always pleased to congratulate our young lady friends who marry well, but dislike very much to realize that we are to be deprived of them by exportation soon after the ceremony. However, we submit to the inevitable, congratulate the happy couple on the dawning of a new life, and sincerely hope their lives may, as one, float down the river of time to a peaceful haven at the last.
