Know Ye: That I, Andrew Jackson of Silver Creek Township, Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

Item No. 1. It is my will and I hereby bequeath to my wife Delillah Jackson all the personal property that I may own at my death.

Item No. 2. It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath unto my wife Delillah Jackson all the Real Estate that I now own or may own at my death, for her sole use and benefit during the Term of her natural life or as long as she remains my widow and she is not to sell or mortgage any of said Real Estate unless it becomes necessary for her support and living.

Item No. 3. It is my will and after the event she should remarry after my death, then and in either of said events, I will and direct that all of my property either real or personal, be divided equally share and share alike among my seven children now living, and in the event of the death of any of my children before the death of my wife, or before she should remarry, the share or portion going to them under the terms of this will shall go to their children, or their legal heir, then living.

Item No. 4. It is my will and I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Delillah Jackson sole Executrix of this my last will and testament and direct that she qualify as such Executrix without giving bond.

In testimony hereof I subscribe my name as Testator this 24th day of July A.D. 1909 in the presence of H. A. Deardorf, N. D. Smith and A. E. Cook, subscribing witnesses hereto at my instance and request.
