I, Almira Durbin, of Malvern, Iowa, being of sound mind, though in delicate health and conscious of the importance of arranging my temporary matters to the end that there may be no confusion or discord in relation to the same after my death, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made. As soon after my death as possible I direct that my executor hereinafter named shall pay all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and burial and that the proper inscription be made on the family monument and that all of these debts be fully paid, satisfied and discharged.

I give to my son, Robert E. Dunn, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) to be paid to him out of my said estate.

All the rest and residue of my property, both real and personal that I now own or may subsequently acquire and own at the time of my death, be distributed share and share alike in equal parts, among my children and step-children as follows, towit:

To Robert E. Dunn, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal;
To my son Fred Durbin, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal
To my daughter Florence Durbin, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal
To my daughter, Cora Durbin, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal
To my step-son, James Durbin, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal
To my step-son, Ivan Durbin, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal
To my step-daughter, Ada Johnson, one seventh of all my estate both real and personal

And I do hereby give, devise and bequeath, all of my property in the manner above set forth. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Fred Durbin, to be the executor of this, my will and I respectfully request that the Court having jurisdiction, does not require him to furnish bond. In witness whereof, I have this day at Malvern, Iowa, in the presence of C.B. Christy and C.E. Christy, set my hand and I have delivered to them this instrument as my last will and testament, and I have requested them to sign the same as witnesses thereto.
