KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I Elizabeth J. Jones of Malvern, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

#1 It is my Will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my daughter (s) Martha Wilson and Asamantha Jones, now of Colorado, all the interest I now hold or may hereafter acquire either by purchase or in any other way, in and to the following described real estate and property, to-wit:

One hundred and sixty six, (166) acres of land in Kalamazoo County, Michigan now owned and controlled by my sister Martha Oman, also a house and lot in the Town of School Craft in the State of Michigan, also about twenty-one (21) acres of land in Richland County, Ohio now controlled by William Jones, my brother-in-law in which he, my said brother-in-law hold a life lease of said property, said property to be divided share and share alike, between my said daughter (s) Asamantha and Martha.

#2 It is my Will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my said daughter Martha Wilson the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for her own use and benefit in consideration that she my said daughter shall look after me and furnish me with a home for as long as I live and care for me during my lifetime.

#3 It is my Will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my daughters Asamantha Jones and Martha Wilson, all the rest and residue of my estate that I may own at my death in either real, personal or mixed, property, to be divided equally share and share alike between my said daughters Asamantha and Martha, after the payment of all just debts and legal charges against my estate.

#4 It is my Will and I hereby nominate and appoint my son Sherman Jones as Executor of this my last Will and Testament to execute the same without bond.

In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this 15th day of July, A.D. 1910 as testator in the presence of W. H. Guyer and Wm. Van Doren, subscribing witnesses.
