KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Sidney G. Sidner, of Silver City, in the County of Mills, and State of Iowa, being in poor health, but of sound and disposing mind, and memory, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills, by me at any time heretofore made.

And as to my Worldly estate, and all property, Real, Personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed, to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I give, bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following, to-wit:

#1 My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses, shall, by my Executors, be paid out of my Estate, as soon after my decease, as shall by them be found convenient.’

#2 I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved Wife, Flora E. Signer, One-Half of all household goods, and other personal property owned by me at the time of my decease, and the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars in cash, from the proceeds of the sale of any Real Estate which may be owned by me at the time of my decease.

#3 All the rest and residue of my estate, including my Silver Cased Watch, whether Real, Personal or Mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my son Avery G. Sidner, his Heirs or Assigns; It being the intention of this clause, number 3, of my Will, that the balance of the proceeds from the sale of my Real Estate, in excess of the sum of Eleven hundred dollars, shall be given to my said son, Avery G. Sidner.

In Testimony whereof, I, the said Sidney G. Sidner, have to this, my last Will and Testament, contained on one sheet of white paper, subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 28th day of December, A.D. 1915.
