I, Dallas M. Culver, of Mills County Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament.

I direct my executor hereinafter named, to pay my funeral expenses and all my just debts and liabilities, as soon as it can conveniently be done after my decease.

I give to my beloved wife, Bessie M. Culver, all of my property of any and every kind and wherefound.

I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my said wife, Bessie M. Culver, executor of this my last will and testament, and request that she be not required to give bond.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name this 26th day April, 1913.
