I, Alice M. Cumings, of Mills County, Iowa, make this my last Will and Testament.

After debts are paid, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband B. I. Cumings, the following described real estate situated in Mills County, Iowa, to wit; the East half of the Southwest Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, all in Section Thirty Six in Township Seventy one North of Range Forty two West.

Any other property that I may die seized or possessed of, I leave to be inherited according to law, of which my said husband is to have his lawful share.

I hereby appoint my said husband, B. I. Cumings my executor under this will. Dated at Glenwood, Iowa, this second day of February A.D. 1895. Signed Alice M. Cumings
