I, Laurence Cantwell of the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. To wit:

First: That all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid by my executor hereinafter named , all my debts, including Doctor bills and Hospital expenses and if there be enough left I will that Fifty Dollars be used for extra burial expenses.

I will that fifty Dollars be used for monument.

I will that after the above named sums are all paid, if there be anything left of my property of any description I will that the remainder shall go to John McGinnis of Fremont County, Iowa.

I nominate and appoint John McGinnis of Fremont County, Iowa to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. I authorize my Executor herein named to use his best judgment in caring and disposing of all my property after my death and paying all of the above named bills as soon as possible.
