I, R. S. Cheyney, of the County of Mills and State of Iowa being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this as my last will and testament.

First: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible, out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my executors from any portion of my Estate, real of personal.

Second: I give and bequeath to my wife, Mary E. Cheyney one third of all property of which I may die possessed, both real and personal.

Third: To my son, J. E. Cheyney I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred Dollars in cash.

Fourth: The balance of my estate, both real and personal to be divided equally between my son, H. H. Cheyney, my son C. H. Cheyney, my son P. G. Cheyney, my daughter Maggie E. Tolles, my daughter Anna Donaldson, my daughter Mattie Eaton, my daughter Edith Gaines, and the children of my son J. E. Cheyney.

And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons H. H. Cheyney and C. H. Cheyney executors of this my last will and testament and direct that they shall serve without bond.

In witness whereto I, R. S. Cheyney, have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of March 1918.
