Know All Men By These Presents: That I, Diantha E. Christopher of Malvern Township, in the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, and in good bodily health, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made.

After the payment of all my just debts and funeral charges, I give and bequeath and devise as follows:

I give bequeath and devise to my beloved husband my undivided one half interest in the homestead place in Malvern, Mills County, Iowa, with all the books, pictures and furniture therein; I also give and bequeath and devise to my husband John F. Christopher, all my personal property of every description, and kind, desiring the title therein to be complete.

I hereby constitute and appoint John F. Christopher, of Mils County, Iowa as executor and trustee of this my last will and testament, and I hereby request that they may be exempt from giving any surety or sureties on their bonds as executor or trustee.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand, and in the presence of the two witnesses named below, declare this to be my last will and testament, this 1st day of June A.D. 1897

On the 1st day of June A.D. 1897, Diantha E. Christopher, of Malvern, Iowa, signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be her last will and testament, and as witnesses thereof we there do now at her request, in her presence and in the presence of each other, hereunto subscribe our names.
