I, Lucinda M. Shepardson, unmarried, of Mills County Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament. I direct that my just debts be first paid; I give and bequeath to my sister, Salome R. Shepardson, all the personal property of every kind of which I shall die possessed, including money and credits, to be hers absolutely: I also devise and bequeath to my said sister, Salome R. Shepardson, the use, income from and right of possession for her natural life of all the real estate of which I shall die seized and the owner of, whether divided or undivided: and at her death, I devise and bequeath all such real estate to my nieces and nephews then surviving at the time of the death of my said sister, to be equally divided between them: At present they are the children of my deceased sister, Lydia, vis. Aschel Lamber, Lester A. Lambert, Calvin Lambert, Lewis Lambert, Walter Lambert, Mary E. Mirritt, Celia M. Keyser, Jaennette Frazier and Elsie Mayberry: and the children of my deceased sister, Mary, vis. Alice Parsons, Elmer Y. Parsons and Clara Parsons: and the only (surviving?) daughter of my deceased brother, Joseph, viz. Ella M. Kennedy. I hereby revoke any will which I have heretofor made: and I nominate as my executors, Aschel Lambert and Elmer Y. Parsons, to act without giving bond. Witness my hand this 31st day of October 1906.
