WILL OF EDWARD SIVERS

I, Edward Sivers of Mills County Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make this, My last Will and Testament.

I direct that my just debts be first paid and subject thereto

I give, devise and beueath to my sister, Olive Sivers, all the real estate and personal property of every kind and description of which I shall die seized and possessed.

I hereby revoke any former will which I may have heretofore made, and nominate my said sister, Olive Sivers, my executrix of this will and request that she may act without giving bond.

Dated this 3rd day of February 1905

At the request of the above testator, in his presence and in the presence of each other, we sign our respective names as subscribing witnesses, the said testator saying the above instrument was his last will and testament
