WILL OF GEO. S. WILSON
I, Geo. S. Wilson, of Mills County, Iowa, being now of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare my last will and testament in form and substance as follows - to wit:
1st I direct that all just debts be paid as soon after my death as can be done without sacrifice.
2nd I give and bequeath to my wife, Ella E. Wilson, all my property of every kind and character to have and enjoy so long as she may live and I hereby specially authorize authorize her to sell, purchase, exchange and to make any disposition of all or any part of my said property which she may think for her interest or the interest of my estate and that she exercise such authority without the order or approval of Court.
3rd I give devise and bequeath to my grandchildren, Clarence Ralph and Alice Ralph each the sum of twenty five dollars, and to Anna F. Wilson, the sum of fifty dollars. Same to be payable at the death of my wife.
4th At the death of my wife I direct that all the remainder of my estate after payment of bequests to my grandchildren, be equally divided among my then surviving children, share and share alike.
In event that I survive my wife then I direct that all my property be sold as soon after my death as may reasonably be done and after payment of my debts and the said bequests to my grandchildren that all that remains be equally divided among my then surviving children.
I name and appoint my wife, Ella E. Wilson, executor of my estate and direct that she qualify and act as such, without bond.

On this 31 day of March, 1911, Geo. S. Wilson of Mills County Iowa, signed the foregoing instrument in presence of each of us and at same time and in same presence declared the same to be his last will and testament and we now at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other affix our names hereto as witnesses thereof. Signed James J. Wilson and Joseph P. Deardorff.
