The marriage of Miss Dorothy Dee Gunsolley and Thurman E. Martin, both of Glenwood, occurred Saturday, July 15, in Sioux City, Iowa.

The ceremony was performed at high noon in the Grace Methodist church of Morningside, Dr. Taylor, the pastor, officiating. The only guests and witnesses to the event were Dr. and Mrs. Ewart Howe of Sioux City and Miss Grace Gunsolley and Gerald Fickel of Glenwood.

After the ceremony the bridal party enjoyed a wedding dinner at the Hotel Martin in Sioux City. The newly weds left the same afternoon by auto for Spirit Lake, where they will spend a short honeymoon. After August 15 they will be at home to their friends in Glenwood.

Both bride and groom are fine young people, popular with a wide circle of friends and The Tribune is glad to extend best wishes and congratulations.

The bride is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Gunsolley and is a charming young lady. She is a graduate of the Glenwood High school with the class of 1917, was connected with the Glenwood post office for a year and for a time with the Standard Oil Co. offices of Omaha. The groom is the capable young man who is now serving as county engineer. He was connected with the Federal highway work previous to his appointment as county engineer. He attended college at the Missouri State School of Mines at Rolla, Missouri.
