WILL OF ISAAC N. CLOVER

In the name of God, Amen: I, Isaac N. Clover, of Glenwood, in the County of Mills, State of Iowa, being of full age and sound mind, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, that is to say:

First. I direct that all my lawful debts, the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and burial, and the administration of my estate be first paid, and subject thereto -

Second. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, M. D. Clover, for the term of her natural life, all my property, both real and personal, of whatever kind or character, and wherever situated, to have, hold and use, for her sole use and pleasure during the term of her natural life.

Third. All of my property remaining at the time of the decease of my beloved wife, I give, devise and bequeath such residue and remainder of my estate to be equally divided among my children who shall be living at that time, and the issue of any child who may have deceased, such issue taking the share to which the deceased child would have been entitled to if living.

I hereby nominate my beloved wife, M. D. Clover to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I request that my said executrix be not required to furnish bond or security for the faithful performance of her duty.

The foregoing written instrument, consisting of one sheet of paper was on the 2nd day of November A.D. 1912, subscribed by the testator Isaac N. Clover, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of each of the undersigned who at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have signed our names hereto as subscribing witnesses.
