WILL OF WILLIAM E. DIMMITT

I, William E. Dimmitt, of Mills County, Iowa, realizing the uncertainty of life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, herby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.

I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay my funeral expenses, and all my just debts and liabilities as soon as can properly be done after my decease.

I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary R. Cary and to my son, Veni L. Dimmitt, each an undivided one half interest in the land I now hold in Texas, viz; Tracts Ten and Fifteen in Blairs Subdivision of Section 22, in Brazoria County, and lying 3 ½ miles west of Alvin.

I direct that my executor sell the remainder of my property, real and personal, within a reasonable time, and that the net proceeds, or amount be divided as follows:

To my wife, Lydia A. Dimmitt, $5,000
To my son, Elmer C. Dimmitt, $1,000
To my daughter, Luretta, Boney, $1,000
To my son, William A. Dimmitt, Firteen (sic) Hundred Dollars
To my daughter, Fern E. Dimmitt, Firteen (sic) Hundred Dollars
To my son, Escol A. Dimmitt, Firteen (sic) Hundred Dollars
To my grandson, Alven Bronard, $400
To my grandson, Altice Bronard, $400

Should the net proceeds be more or less than the bequests named then the division shall be in proportion to the several bequests.

I hereby appoint Irving Fisher of Hastings, Iowa, to be executor of this, my last will and testament.
