WILL OF MARY ANN SIVERS

Last will and Testament of Mary Ann Sivers.

I, Mary Ann Sivers of Mills County and State of Iowa, being aware of the uncertanties of life and being of sound mind and memory and of full age, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament making all former wills by me made.

I direct the payment of all lawful claims against my estate to be paid out of my personal property. The residue of whatsoever kind it may consist to be equally divided between my two children, Edward Sivers and Olive Sivers.

I give and devise my real estate to all my children share and share alike. The interests however of Edward Sivers and Olive Sivers shares to be taken from my home farms which consist of the west part of the North half of the South West quarter of Section 7, Township 72, Range 42 and lots 37 and 38 of Section 12 Township 72, Range 43 (or 42) Mills County Iowa.

The forgoing will was at the date hereof subscribed by Mary Ann Sivers in our presence and she at the same time declared the same to be her last will and Testament and by her request we signed our names thereto as witnesses, both in her presence and in the presence of each other
