Searching for biological family

I am looking for my great grandmother's biological family: birth father & mother's information. This is all I know: My great grandmother's name was Minnie Mable Winfrey(not sure if first & middle names were from biological mother of if renamed. Winfrey is adoptive name.) Married name was Miller. Her date of birth was July 2, 1891 in Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa. She was adopted on March 12, 1892 by James King Winfrey(1843-1936) & Sarah Letitia Fees (1843-1929) of Polk County, IA. I think her biological mother is Eva Tibbett (sp?) of Osage, IA (Mitchell County.) I cannot find anything about her mother or a father. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you, Angie Moran
