Mrs. Tillie Perry, of Melbourne, who had spent the past two and a half years at the home of Mrs. Clara Good in Rhodes passed away at 1 a.m. Monday. Death was due to complications of age. She was born Tillie Porter in Shullburg, Wis., November 27, 1858 and was married to Wilbur Clinton Perry at Rock Rapids, December 25, 1888. She was a resident of Melbourne for 30 years. He died in February, 1927. She is survived by two children, Mrs. C. W. Triplett and Arthur G. Perry, both of Melbourne. Six grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held from the Melbourne M. E. Church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. E. A. Cochell. Interment was in Melbourne cemetery.
