Francis Cooper Coon

For 5 years I have been trying to find my cousin Cooper F. Coon. (Just learned that he might have reversed his first and middle name so was going by Francis C Coon. According to the Social Security Death Index he died on 12 July 1999 in Marshalltown, Marshall Co. Iowa. Our uncle Hugh, is turning 99 in Sept and we wanted so much to locate this brother's son for him before he died. Does anyone there know of Francis Coon and who his children might have been and where they live? Is there an obit in the local paper that someone might look up for me?
